Mundesley beach

Mundesley is considered one of Norfolk’s finest beaches, and is 10-miles long and sandy with safe swimming at low tide and all the amenities and charm of a popular seaside resort. The beach is backed by a promenade lined with colourful beach huts. It’s a perfect beach for kids, as it has lovely soft sand and plenty of space to run around and fly a kite or build endless sandcastles. It’s also patrolled by the Lifeguards during the summer months. There is also crazy golf! Need we say more.

At the top of the beach on the green is Mundesley Maritime Museum which is believed to be the smallest museum in the UK. It also acts as a Coastguard Watch, and is a visual lookout which is manned by volunteers to this very day. It is open every day from 1st May to 30th September but closed on Saturdays.
